Marina Fisher — Sunlit Trace
Solo Exhibition in Tallinn
From February 15 to March 15, 2026, Tallinn will host a solo exhibition by Thailand-based artist Marina Fisher titled Sunlit Trace. The exhibition presents a series of new oil paintings created specifically for this project.
The artworks focus on tropical themes — palm trees, beaches, elephants, and the ocean — and convey warmth, light, and a sense of calm. In the middle of the northern winter, the exhibition brings a visual “trace of sunlight” into the city, inviting visitors into a space of brightness and quiet reflection.
“Life inspires me — it connects space, time, and mood. In my painting, I transform ordinary moments into personal stories.”
Marina Fisher works primarily in oil, paying close attention to texture and color density, often using the impasto palette-knife technique. She has been painting regularly since 2014 and has maintained a continuous artistic practice since 2019.
